1. The service provider and website
The easyads.hu website presents Easy Ads marketing services. Contact: info@easyads.hu. The official website operator’s identification details are set out in the legal notice.
Brand: Easy Ads. Contact: info@easyads.hu. The legal operator’s identifying details are temporarily omitted.
Sole trader registration number: to be provided. Registering authority: to be provided.
2. Consultations and enquiries
You can request a consultation through the website. You need to provide your name and either a phone number or an email address. The other fields may be left blank. The team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a time.
Submitting the form is not an order or an appointment booking and does not create a service agreement. The on-screen success message and any confirmation email indicate that the enquiry has been forwarded. You can correct inaccurate details by writing to info@easyads.hu.
3. Working together
The services presented by Easy Ads include Meta ads management, social media content and creative production, and marketing strategy. Specific tasks, deliverables and deadlines must be agreed during the consultation process.
To be finalised in the individual agreement: how the contract is concluded, fees and taxes, payment schedule, advertising budget management, approvals, number of revisions, duration, termination and settlement. This draft does not establish an automatic subscription, minimum commitment period or contractual penalty.
4. Content, access and liability
Before work begins, the parties must clarify how advertising accounts and creative materials may be used, the access required, who can approve work and how handover will take place. Do not enter passwords or other confidential access credentials in the enquiry form.
Campaign goals and expected outcomes are discussed during the consultation. The website’s promotional copy does not, by itself, guarantee a particular level of revenue or number of enquiries.
Subject to legal review: copyright and usage rights, permission to showcase work, confidentiality, data processing responsibilities, liability and handover when the agreement ends.
5. Feedback and privacy
Send questions or feedback to info@easyads.hu. Information about how personal data is handled is available in the privacy notice.
The final terms must specify the effective date, how changes are communicated, governing law, dispute resolution and whether services are available only to business clients or also to consumers. If consumers are served, the applicable consumer information must also be included.
