1. Who handles your data?

The website operates under the Easy Ads brand at easyads.hu. For privacy questions, contact info@easyads.hu.

Brand: Easy Ads. Contact: info@easyads.hu. The legal operator’s identifying details are temporarily omitted.

2. Enquiry details

To make an enquiry, you need to provide your name and at least one way to contact you: a phone number or email address. Your business name, topic of interest and message may be left blank. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.

The server forwards your submitted details to the info@easyads.hu mailbox through Resend. If you provide an email address, you also receive an automatic confirmation. If you provide only a phone number, the team will call you. The form does not save your enquiry in a separate customer database.

There is no newsletter sign-up or automated advertising email. Do not include passwords, health information or other sensitive data in your message.

To be finalised: the legal basis for handling enquiries, who can access the mailbox, how long emails are retained and how they are deleted. Steps before entering a contract and the processing of a business contact person’s details may require different legal assessments. This draft does not treat submitting the form as general consent to marketing.

Technical safeguards

To limit duplicate submissions and misuse, we store timestamps, random request identifiers and keyed hashes of the IP address and message. These technical files contain neither raw IP addresses nor message text. The rate-limit window is 15 minutes, and successful submissions are protected against duplication for 24 hours. Files that have not been updated for 48 hours are deleted when the next enquiry is submitted; they may remain until then if no further enquiries are received.

The legal basis for these safeguards, any necessary legitimate interests assessment and scheduled deletion settings need to be confirmed.

3. Hosting and email delivery

Resend

Sends internal notifications and email confirmations. It receives the recipient details and message content needed to send these emails.

Hostinger mailbox

Receives enquiries and subsequent correspondence at info@easyads.hu.

Web hosting

Serves the website and enquiry form. It may also process technical logs while operating the service.

The Resend API key is held only on the server and is not sent to the browser. Email requests are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

To be completed from the provider agreements: contracting legal entities, addresses, processor roles, processing locations, log and message retention, transfers outside the EEA and the applicable safeguards. Open and click tracking must be checked and disabled in the production Resend account.

4. Cookies and social media

The optional Meta Pixel (ID: 1637850067745202) loads only after you accept marketing cookies. It measures page and service views, clicks, scrolling, form interactions and successful enquiries to evaluate advertising and support remarketing. Consent is optional; the form works if you reject it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

Meta may receive event names and technical page and browser data, including URLs, IP addresses, browser information and cookie identifiers. We do not include your name, email, phone number, company or message in our event parameters, and do not enable automatic field detection. A random event identifier is used for successful enquiries.

With marketing consent, Meta may use _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc cookies (typically up to 90 days). Your preference is stored locally for 180 days (easyads.marketing.v1). A successful submission receipt without personal form fields is stored for the tab session (easyads.request.v1) to display the thank-you page and prevent repeated conversion tracking; it is valid for 30 minutes.

The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. For Meta data processing and possible international transfers, see the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy. Links to social profiles do not themselves load tracking code.

5. Questions, requests and remedies

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Send requests to info@easyads.hu. The usual response period is one month. If a justified extension is needed, you must be informed within that period. The website does not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or seek a remedy through the courts.
